01. Our Sacred Returns Philosophy

At Moon of Lilith, we carefully select, cleanse, and energetically charge each crystal, geode, and herbal blend before it starts its path to your altar. Because other humans can alter or dilute a crystal's energy by physical touch, we handle returns with strict conditions to respect pure energetic integrity.

02. Eligibility & Return Thresholds

We accept refunds and physical returns within a strict window of 14 solar days from the day your sacred shipment arrives. To guarantee acceptance:

• The item must remain untouched, unopened, and safely kept in its original ceremonial packaging.
• Scented items, ritual candles that have been lit, and personal amulets that have been worn cannot be returned under any conditions due to energy transfer.
• Bespoke custom tarot services, virtual readings, and downloadable digital guides are entirely non-refundable once delivered or completed.

03. Damaged or Broken Vessels

If your crystal, geode, or obsidian mirror arrives chipped, cracked, or broken, send us a photo showing the damaged box and broken item within 48 hours of transit delivery to [email protected]. We will immediately arrange a priority free replacement or process a full refund.

04. Physical Shipping of Returns

Customers are fully responsible for coordinating and paying the physical postage costs for safely shipping returned items back to our hub. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping courier.

05. Healing Timeline for Refunds

Once your returned package is safely cleared and approved by our team, your refund will be safely returned to your original payment card within 5 to 10 banking business days.
